Refund Policy (Numbers by Nine)

If the kit isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase by replying to your receipt, and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason or return anything. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Gumroad, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Memberships: cancel anytime from your Gumroad library. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for. If you email us within 7 days of a charge you didn't mean to make, we'll refund it.
